1.Supporting Categories, Duration and Instruction Language
(1)Supporting Category. This scholarship only supports bachelor students majoring in Business Administration.
(2)Duration. This scholarship only supports bachelor’s students for 4 academic years.
(3)Instruction Language. Chinese-taught program.

(1)Free tuition, free accommodation （Off-campus accommodation is not allowed）

4.Eligibility
(1)Applicants must be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China, and be in good health.
(2)Requirements for applicants’ degree and age: applicants must be a high school graduate and no more than 25.
(3)Chinese proficiency: applicants shall have HSK4 certificate with scores no less than 210.
5.Application Procedure
(1)Complete the online application procedure at CGS Information Management System for International Students (Visit http://www.csc.edu.cn/studyinchina or http://www.campuschina.org and click “Application Online” to log in), submit online the completed Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship, and print a hard copy.
(2)Complete the online application procedure at Hebut Online Application System for International Students (Visit https://hebut.17gz.org/member/login.do ).
6.Application Documents
(1)Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship (in Chinese or English).
(2)Copy of Passport Home Page: Applicant shall submit a clear scanned copy of his/her ordinary passport with validity later than March 1, 2022. If the validity of the current passport does not meet the requirement, please apply for a new passport before submitting the application. For applicants who cannot apply for passports before submitting their applications due to objective reasons, with the permission of dispatching authorities, they may submit scanned copy of identity certificates or official documents containing the applicants’ “English name, Gender, Nationality, Date of Birth” and other information.
(3)Notarized highest diploma: Prospective diploma winners must submit official proof of student status by their current school. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.
(4)Academic transcripts: Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.
(5)A Study Plan or Research Proposal in Chinese or English. A minimum of 200 words for undergraduates.
(6)Applicants must submit a photocopy of the Foreigner Physical Examination Form completed in English (the original copy should be kept by the applicant. The form is designed by the Chinese quarantine authority and can be obtained from the dispatching authority). The physical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid. Please select the appropriate time to take physical examination as the result is valid for only 6 months.
(7)Non-criminal record report. The applicant shall submit a valid certificate of Non-Criminal Record issued by the local public security authority, usually issued within 6 months prior to the submission date of the application.
(8)The copy of valid HSK Certificate. Please NOTE that HSK results are valid for only 2 years.
7.Scholarship Confirmation
(1)Hebei University of Technology reviews the application documents and decides the nominated candidates.
(2)Nominated candidates will get Chinese Government Scholarships to study in China with approval of the CSC.
(3)CSC reserves the rights to decide the host university for scholarship recipients with multiple offers. Each scholarship recipient—even when admitted by multiple universities—will be granted no more than one scholarship.
(4)The CSC reviews eligibility and qualifications of nominated candidates, approves the List of Scholarship Recipients, and sends the admission documents to Hebut before June 30th. Hebut sends the admission documents (List of Scholarship Recipients, Admission Letter and Visa Application Form for Study in China (JW201)) to scholarship recipients
(5)Scholarship recipients shall not allowed to change their host university, field of study, or duration of study stipulated on the Admission Letter after their coming to China.
(6)Scholarship will not be reserved if scholarship recipient cannot register before the registration deadline.
(7)Scholarship recipients can register online for online learning if they are not permitted to enter China due to the pandemic.

四、申請條件
1.非中國籍公民，身體健康；
2.學歷和年齡要求：須具有高中畢業學歷，成績優秀，年齡不超過25歲；
3.漢語水平：申請人應達到HSK4級210分以上水平。
五、申請流程
1.登錄“中國政府獎學金來華留學管理信息系統”（登錄http://www.csc.edu.cn/studyinchina或 http://www.campuschina.org 后，點擊“網上報名學生入口”圖標進入）填寫申請信息，在線提交并打印《中國政府獎學金申請表》。
2.登錄“河北工業大學來華留學網上報名系統”（登錄https://hebut.17gz.org/member/login.do后，點擊注冊）填寫申請信息，完成網上報名。
六、申請材料
1.《中國政府獎學金申請表》（中文或英文填寫）；
2.護照首頁。申請人須提交有效期晚于2022年3月1日本人普通護照的首頁清晰掃描件，如現持有護照有效期不符合要求，請及時換發新護照。對于因客觀原因無法在提交申請前辦理護照的申請人，經受理機構允許后，可提交包含本人“英文姓名、性別、國籍、出生日期”等信息的有效證件或證明文件；
3.經過公證的最高學歷證明。如申請人為在校學生，須提交本人就讀學校出具的預計畢業證明或在學證明；
4.學習成績單。中英文以外文本須附經公證的中文或英文的譯文；
5.來華學習和研究計劃。用中文或英文書寫，不少于200字；
6.《外國人體格檢查表》復印件（原件自行保存，此表格由中國衛生檢疫部門統一印制，須英文填寫）。申請人應嚴格按照《外國人體格檢查表》中要求的項目進行檢查。缺項、未貼有本人照片或照片上未蓋騎縫章、無醫師和醫院簽字蓋章的《外國人體格檢查表》無效。檢查結果有效期為6個月；
7.無犯罪記錄證明。申請人須提交由所在地公安機關出具的有效期內的無犯罪記錄證明，通常應為提交申請之日前6個月以內的證明文件；
8.HSK成績報告。HSK成績報告有效期為兩年。
七、錄取及通知
1.河北工業大學負責審核申請材料、確定錄取人選；
2.擬錄取人選經國家留學基金委審核合格，即可獲得中國政府獎學金資助來華學習；
3.每名獎學金獲得者只能獲得一個中國政府獎學金項目的資助，對于同時被多所高校錄取的獎學金申請人，國家留學基金委僅為其保留一所學校的獎學金資格；
4.國家留學基金委將于6月30日前將《錄取名單》《錄取通知書》和《外國留學人員來華簽證申請表》（JW201表）寄回錄取院校，由河北工業大學轉交學生本人；
5.獎學金獲得者來華后不得變更錄取院校、學習專業及學習期限；
6.不能按錄取期限來華學習者，獎學金資格不予保留。
7.因國境不開放不能到校學習者，學校將安排線上教學。
